Infront applies specially developed hospitality and guest management tool at ATP500 tournament
Halle, Germany, 26 June 2018 – Infront's hospitality and guest management tool D∙SERVANT was used at the Gerry Weber Open last week, marking the first time the software has been used outside of football.
The ATP tournament in Halle, Germany rolled out D∙SERVANT to assist organisation of the team bundling all relevant event information as well as serving as an internal communication device for the service personnel.
Over the course of the tournament, hosts equipped with tablets were able to efficiently execute the seating of the VIP guests and provide them with the latest information about the venue, the tournament and accessing specific areas of the arena at any time.
